COMPANY PROFILE

“The State Institute for transport design” was originally established November 17, 1953 as an independent department of the Ministry of Transport of the former Czechoslovakia as specific department for railway transport and to serve as the general designer in the preparation of nationwide investment in the sector. Institute based in Praguem and it works in several cities. Košice was one of them. In 1991 SUDOP Košice became a state enterprise. In 1992 the state enterprise was transformed into a joint stock company SUDOP Košice a.s..

SUDOP Košice a.s. is continues in the successful tradition as design, engineering and consultancy company. The company presenting offer of complex services for the preparation and management of transport infrastructure, engineering and industrial engineering with a focus on railways. The priority is the preparation of the projects modernization of railway lines V. pan-European corridor. Since 2006, the company SUDOP Košice a.s. became a subsidiary of a company REMING CONSULT a.s..
